Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in dog training, handling, and use of dog park facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dog bites, scratches, tripping, injury from falls, and unpredictable behavior of animals. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation and my dog(s)’ participation.
Waiver of Liability
I hereby waive and release any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, now and in the future, against the Organizers for any loss, injury, damage, illness or death to myself, my dog(s), my property, or any third party caused directly or indirectly by participation in activities, training sessions, or presence at the venue.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of any injury or damage caused by me or my dog(s) to any person, animal, or property.
Supervision and Responsibility
I understand I am responsible for the supervision, care, and control of my dog(s) at all times. I confirm that my dog(s) is/are in good health, up to date with vaccinations, and not aggressive or reactive toward other dogs or people.
Aggressive or Reactive Dogs
I understand and accept that reactive and aggressive dogs are not permitted on the property. Should a dog show signs of aggression or reactivity, the Organizers reserve the right to request immediate removal of the dog from the premises. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, staff, and animals.
Medical and Veterinary Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, I give the Organizers permission to seek medical or veterinary attention on my behalf and understand I will be solely responsible for any resulting costs.
Photography/Media Release
I grant permission for photographs or video taken during training or events to be used for promotional purposes by Gray’s K9 Academy or Vitozol Dog Park.
