Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund & Credit Policy — Vitozol Dog Park

Thank you for choosing Vitozol Dog Park. This Refund & Credit Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and credit coupons are handled. By making a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

1.1 All bookings, park entries, and services are non-refundable, except where stated in this policy.1.2 Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.1.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to manage bookings, arrival times, and cancellations in accordance with this policy.

2. Cancellations by Customers

2.1 No refunds will be given for customer cancellations.2.2 If you wish to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a credit coupon, provided the conditions in Section 4 are met.2.3 Late arrivals or “no-shows” will not be refunded or credited.

3. Cancellations by Vitozol Dog Park

3.1 If the park must close due to maintenance, safety concerns, or operational issues, management will offer either:

  • A rescheduled booking, or

  • A credit coupon.

3.2 Management reserves the right to deny park entry to any person or dog for safety, health, or behavioural reasons. In such cases, credit may be granted at management’s discretion.

4. Credit Coupons

4.1 Credit coupons will only be issued if your booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

4.2 Credit coupons will NOT be issued for bad weather or any act of God.This includes rain, storms, heat, cold, wind, or any naturally occurring event.

4.3 A credit coupon will only be issued if you are advised by management not to enter the park.This includes safety concerns, operational issues, or any situation where management deems entry unsuitable.

4.4 Credit coupons are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used for future bookings at Vitozol Dog Park.

4.5 Credit coupons must be used before their stated expiry date.

5. Rescheduling Bookings

5.1 Customers may request to reschedule their booking. Approval is based on availability and must comply with the 24-hour cancellation rule.5.2 If a reschedule cannot be accommodated, the credit coupon rules apply.

6. No Refund Situations

Refunds or credits will not be issued for:

  • Bad weather or acts of God

  • Late arrivals or no-shows

  • Behavioural issues with your dog

  • Failure to comply with park rules

  • Forgetting your booking date or time

  • Personal schedule conflicts

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund & Credit Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
